Issuing of TennisCards
- Once the card has been paid for you can come into our admin office (during opening hours) and collect your card. The cards will be personalised and issued to you on the spot.
Occupancy of courts and playtimes
- You may not always immediately get a tennis court to play on when you arrive at the facilities. Especially after 17.00 there is a lot of activity in the summer months. Registering for a court is only possible with the supervisory staff for the current day. Access to a court is limited to four persons (tennis double). In general, training courses and activities of the General University Sport have priority over external interests.
- The regular playtime lasts 60 minutes (starting on the hour). If the playtime is exceeded owners of cards for playing five or ten times will have their cards punched a second time; one-time players will be charged the fee for an additional hour.
Duration of the season and opening hours
- The tennis facilities will open on 28 April 2025 and are expected to stay open until 10 October 2025. Weather permitting, they may remain open until the end of October.
- The regular opening hours of the tennis facilities are from 8.00 to 20.00 on weekdays, and from 10.00 to 20.00 at weekends. Should the opening hours be restricted/the facilities be closed this will be posted on our website and/or at the club house (Tennisheim). At weekends, regrettably we cannot guarantee to keep you posted. Please bear with us.
